подтверждаю - не закачиваются, хотя трафик уходит, но после закачки фото выдает ошибку...

пожалуста свяжитесь с вашим провайдером эт у него в настройках запреты стоят .. было такое .. смените прова и попробуйте на другом компе с дургим провом
